1. Is the property used only as a vacation rental? 2. What will the weather be like at the time of your stay? 2. Are pets allowed? Are there any restrictions? 3. How far is it to activities (golf, ski, hikin, beach, etc.)? 4. What specific amenities does the property have? 5. Is there a required cleaning deposit? 6. What type of parking does the property have? 7. Is there a phone, TV, DVD/VCR and Internet access? 8. Where is the nearest medical care facility? 9. How many miles is the property from the airport? 10. Will the property be cleaned duing my stay? 11. Where is the nearest grocery store? 12. Can I rent such things as a bicycle, boat, child care, etc.? 13. Does the property feature a washer and dryer? 14. How many people with the property sleep, comfortably? 15. Are there noises such as traffic, barking dogs, etc.? 16. Will clean linens be supplied during my stay? 17. Is there a hot tub or pool on the property? 18. Who is the local contact and his/her phone numbers? 19. What kind of condition is the property in? 20. What is the cancellation policy for this property? |
